Shipping & delivery
Packages are shipped within 5 business days from the date we receive the order and they will arrive 5-15 days later (depending on the delivery area). Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery area and package weight. It will be displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm payment.

Shipping within Europe
All orders within Europe and up to 2 kilogram are send as standard mailbox post, without track or trace. Orders bigger or heavier are send as a package with track and trace.

Shipping outside Europe
All international orders are send only with registered post. This means the package is secured and traced, and you need to sign for the delivery.

Exchange & return policy
We accept returns of defective merchandise for full refund or exchange 7 days after receiving the product. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. Paperside reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval. If you want to exchange your product the shipping costs of the return + sending the exchanged item is fully at your expense.

Loss
When shipping an order, we does not take any responsibility for losses caused during shipping. In the event of delivery problems, generally the recipient and track number should make inquiries with local postal workers.
